Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 7days of when you receive them. Items purchased on ouelectronics.com may be returned by sending us an email within 48 hours of receiving the products with evidences of damage or defect.

Please be advised to check the items properly before purchasing to make sure the power rating will work in the region you intend to use them or the sizes will fit your need.

On some occasions you will be required to pay for return shipping back to our warehouse in Lagos.

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for the period which you are filing a claim.
